Exciting Progress at CanAdapt:

It’s been a busy couple of months since our last update, and I’m thrilled to share how far we’ve come. We’re rapidly nearing the launch of both the Forestry Adaptation Practitioner Network and the general CanAdapt platform, and our team has been hard at work rolling out new features, including a comprehensive resource library, upgraded course portal, and streamlined user interface.

We recently convened our national advisory group and began consulting with stakeholders across Canada—reinforcing our commitment to building an inclusive, collaborative platform for climate adaptation. A few weeks ago, we also attended Natural Resources Canada’s Adaptation Platform Plenary, where we introduced CanAdapt and led discussions on how artificial intelligence can play a critical role in Canada’s adaptation strategy.
